Booking

Cancellation policy:
A cancellation or amendment to a booking must be made before 3pm 48 hours prior to arrival, if cancelled later or in case of no show the first night will be charged in full. **Please note a booking will not be considered cancelled until you are in receipt of a cancellation reference.

Pre Paid rates are not refundable nor transferable.

For bookings of 8 or more rooms, please refer to the hotel Terms and Conditions for group cancellations

Privacy note (for group bookings only):

Please note that at any time we can provide the group booker with a rooming list upon request.

Payment

The full payment for the stay will be charged within the 48 hours of arrival. Except for any pre paid rates that are charged at the time of booking.

Eaterie Restaurant:
As our 2AA Eaterie restaurant is very popular, bookings must be made in advance.

Pets:
Well behaved dogs are allowed* at an extra fee of £15.00 per dog per night. *In selected rooms only, subject to availability.

Check in from 15:00 (3pm) 
Check out:
Check out until 11:00 (11am)
Children:
Extra zed beds and sofa beds will be charged at £10.00 per child per night and cots at £10.00 per infant per night. Breakfast is available at £5 per child, per day.
Smoking:
The hotel is non smoking. Should you choose to smoke in the room, the hotel reserves the right to charge you a minimum of £75.00 to cover costs.
Parking:
Parking at the hotel is limited and on a first come, first serve basis for residential hotel guests only. There is a long stay car park just a few minutes away from the hotel as well as a short stay car park at the front of the hotel.
